AI models are the fastest way today to show a collection in motion. Instead of casting, studio rental, hair and make-up and a full shoot day, we build a digital cast: characters with a fixed look who wear your real garments and walk a runway designed around your brand. For fashion brands and agencies that means a complete set of video and stills in weeks instead of months.

We work from your product photography - cuts, fabrics, colours and details stay exactly as you sell them. AI models are cast for your audience: age, body type, features and background. It works especially well where traditional casting is hard or expensive: 50+, plus size, comfort and medical wear, or collections that ship to several markets at once.

Look Arts Vision is a film studio based in the Netherlands. We approach AI production like a classic shoot: script, light, framing, editing, colour grading and sound. Below is the project where we built a complete digital fashion show for a 50+ clothing brand.

Case study

A digital fashion show for a 50+ clothing brand

A Dutch fashion brand for women and men over fifty wanted to show a full seasonal collection in motion - on a runway, on mature models, in one consistent look. A classic show would have meant a venue, an audience, casting dozens of models and several shoot days. We produced the whole thing digitally.

01

The challenge

59 complete outfits to present in motion, mature models (50-70), a single set and identical lighting across every shot. Plus full fidelity of cuts and fabrics - the client sells specific products, not moodboards.

02

The approach

We built a cast of AI models and dressed them in the client's product photography - every outfit front and back. We designed a virtual runway with soft light and curtains, then set the scenes in motion: walks, turns, fabric movement, portraits and macro details.

03

The result

20 runway films of about 25 seconds each (three outfits per film) plus a 24-second commercial with portraits, details and a group finale. Delivered in 1080p, ready for social, the web shop and in-store screens - without a single shoot day.

Tech: Nano Banana (characters and reference frames) + Seedance 2.5 (motion and camera). Editing, colour grading and sound - Look Arts Vision studio.

Why AI models

What a fashion brand gains

01

Consistent characters

The same face, body and hair in every shot and every outfit, front and back. The collection reads as one show, not a pile of separate shoots.

02

Your real garments

We work from product photography. Cuts, colours, prints and textures stay exactly as they arrive in the customer's parcel.

03

Casting without limits

Age, body type, features and background chosen for your audience - including the segments where casting is hardest: 50+, plus size, comfort wear.

04

No set, no logistics

No studio, make-up, travel or catering costs, no image-rights fees. No weather risk and no cancelled dates.

05

Video and stills at once

One process delivers runway films, portraits, fabric close-ups and product frames - in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.

06

Built to scale

A new collection, market or language is another render, not another shoot day. You grow the library in stages.

How we work

From brief to finished show

01

Brief and moodboard

We agree the audience, the look of the show, the set and the outfit list. You send product photography - front and back if possible.

02

Cast and styling

We build the AI models and fit your garments in reference frames. You approve this stage before animation - that is when changes are cheapest.

03

Motion and camera

We bring approved frames to life: runway walks, turns, fabric movement, portraits and details. The camera is directed like on a real set.

04

Post and delivery

Editing to the beat, colour grading, sound and export to the formats you need: social, web shop, in-store screens.

Frequently asked
Do AI models look realistic?+

Yes - with a properly run process viewers do not spot the generated character. We work at high resolution, watch hand anatomy, skin texture and natural fabric movement, and every frame passes quality control before animation.

Will my garments look exactly like the real thing?+

That is what the reference stage is for. We dress the models in your product photography and approve front/back frames before animation. If a cut, print or colour drifts from the original we fix it before the scene goes into motion.

How long does a project take?+

A single spot or lookbook is usually 1-3 weeks. A full collection show with dozens of outfits takes several weeks, in stages: cast, frame approval, animation, post.

Do I own the finished material?+

Yes. You get full rights to use the material in advertising, social media, your shop and in print. No image-rights fees and none of the time limits typical of model contracts.

Does AI content have to be labelled?+

We recommend transparency, and in EU advertising labelling generated content is increasingly required. We build the material so it can be labelled without hurting the creative, and advise on how to do it.

What does it cost?+

Pricing depends on the number of outfits, the length of the material and the number of formats. The consultation and a first estimate are free - tell us how many products you have and where you want to publish.
